Working for DAISA Enterprises as a consultant alongside other full-time work, Holly keeps the organization running smoothly blending thoughtful problem-solving with a disciplined, process-oriented mindset.
Holly brings 10+ years of administrative, finance, human resource, event planning and project management experience to her role at DAISA. Holly has a Law degree from Southampton University in England, passed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners exam while working at Lloyds Private Bank, has completed a Certificate in Non-Profit Management through the Harvard Extension School and passed the Senior Professional Human Resources Exam.
In her prior role as Office and Human Resource Manager at Wholesome Wave Holly was responsible for cultivating organization culture and a growing team and she successfully juggled a wide range of responsibilities managing the office, hiring, benefits and staff events amongst other things. In her current full-time role she supports HR, Finance and IT teams helping to improve processes and maximize efficiencies.
Holly is a keen volunteer and is passionate about working hard to support mission driven organizations like DAISA that strive to improve quality of life, health and community in a thoughtful, respectful and engaging manner. Holly lives in New Haven, CT.
