Our company, Wholeshare, is an online marketplace for sustainable food and household products. We enable communities to increase their purchasing power and buy directly from wholesale natural food distributors and local food hubs. We've been extremely popular amongst farmers, small retailers, and neighborhood groups, and we asked Daniel to research some new organizational sectors that hadn't yet adopted Wholeshare.
We were impressed with the lengths that Daniel and his team took to understand our existing customer base. By taking the time to analyze the specifics of our situation, DAISA was able to build a framework around the psychographic and logistical drivers behind the formation of Wholeshare groups. The DAISA team combined that framework with some interviews with their industry contacts to evaluate the feasibility of a few new sectors that we were interested in. We came away from the process with a lot of new insight that would have been almost impossible for us to develop independently.
